近日，媒体报道“孕妇产检因医生疏忽误服有毒液体”事件引发社会关注，辽宁省辽阳市第三人民医院发布情况通报。
The Third People's Hospital of Liaoyang in Liaoning province released an official statement on Friday regarding an incident involving a pregnant patient, Zhu, who mistakenly drank cell preservation solution during a glucose tolerance screening on Aug 7.
通报如下:
8月7日，孕妇朱某某到我院产科门诊进行糖耐量筛查产检，由于接诊医生将新柏氏细胞保存液与筛查所用的口服葡萄糖粉混放存放、现场核对不严、宣教指导流程落实不到位，院内制度执行不严格，导致朱某某误服新柏氏细胞保存液。朱某某发现误服后，立即告知医生，我院马上组织专家团队开展多学科会诊和母胎监护，并收入院治疗。经国内权威医疗机构检测，朱某某误服后24小时内血液甲醇浓度检测结果为0，无中毒反应，孕妇和胎儿各项指标连日来持续监测均正常。后续，我院将持续做好母婴安全监测保障。
According to the hospital's statement, the error resulted from the doctor storing ThinPrep PreservCyt Solution together with the oral glucose powder, failing to verify the items before administration, and not following proper protocols with educating the patient. Upon realizing the mistake, Zhu immediately informed the medical team. The hospital organized a multidisciplinary consultation, admitted her for treatment, and conducted continuous maternal-fetal monitoring.
The statement noted that within 24 hours of ingestion, Zhu's blood methanol concentration tested at zero, with no signs of toxicity, and all subsequent maternal and fetal indicators remained normal. The hospital said it would continue to ensure the safety of both mother and baby.
现已对涉事医生进行暂停执业处理，同时我院积极配合市卫生健康委做好后续调查处理。
对于本次事件，我们深表歉意。我院将全面开展医疗安全隐患排查，积极整改，强化管理，为群众提供安全优质的医疗服务。
The hospital also confirmed that the doctor involved has been suspended, and that it is cooperating with the Municipal Health Commission's investigation.
Expressing deep regret, the hospital pledged to conduct a thorough safety review, tighten management, and strengthen enforcement of internal protocols to prevent future occurrences.
