北京，2026年6月2日——2026全球数字经济大会数字安全论坛暨北京网络安全大会开幕式在北京国家会议中心大宴会厅举行。本届大会以“AI时代，攻防先行”为主题，汇聚来自政、产、学、研、用等领域的领导、专家、企业家与网络安全从业者，共同探讨人工智能时代网络安全的新挑战、新范式与新秩序。
On June 2, 2026, the Digital Security Forum of the Global Digital Economy Conference and the Opening Ceremony of the Beijing Cybersecurity Conference were held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. Under the theme “In the AI Era, Defense Begins Before Attack,” the forum gathered policymakers, scientists, industry leaders, entrepreneurs and cybersecurity professionals to discuss the new rules of security in the age of artificial intelligence.

Gloria Ai, bilingual financial host, investor and founder of iAsk Media, returned to the Beijing cybersecurity stage with her signature introduction: “You can call me Ms. AI.” In her opening remarks, she emphasized that cybersecurity is no longer merely an industry topic, but the foundation of digital civilization and public trust.

艾诚以两个自问自答开启大会。第一个问题是：“今天我们为何而来？”她给出的答案是：不是因为恐惧，而是因为责任。“2026年，AI技术爆发的洪流，正在重构整个世界的运行规则。当大模型从‘技术秀场’走向‘规模化应用’，当AI智能体加速渗透金融、能源、交通、制造、政务、医疗、教育——网络安全已经不再是数字世界门口的一把锁，而是AI时代所有创新大厦的地基。”
Gloria Ai opened the conference with two defining questions. The first was: Why are we here? Her answer was: not because of fear, but because of responsibility. As she noted, AI is no longer just a demo. It is becoming infrastructure. As large models move from technical showcases into mass deployment, and as AI agents enter finance, energy, transportation, manufacturing, government, healthcare and education, cybersecurity is no longer the lock at the door of the digital world. It is the foundation beneath every AI-driven innovation tower.

第二个问题是：“预见未来，我们相信什么？”艾诚指出，AI越强，安全越不能弱；安全不是创新的反面，而是创新的底座。未来最有竞争力的组织，不只是“会用AI”的组织，而是“安全地用AI、可信地用AI、可持续地用AI”的组织。
Her second question was: What do we believe when we look into the future? Her answer: the stronger AI becomes, the stronger security must be. Security is not the opposite of innovation; security is the foundation of innovation. The winners of the AI era will not simply be those who use AI, but those who use AI safely, responsibly and resiliently.
她进一步提出了一个极具传播力的判断：“安全的本质不是筑墙，而是建城。” 筑墙是被动封堵，建城是系统性地构造秩序——从规划到施工，从护城河到街道，从城门到灯塔。AI时代的安全，不能停留在“城墙思维”，而必须进入“城市思维”。
Ai offered one of the most memorable metaphors of the day: “Security is not building walls. It is building cities.” A wall blocks. A city organizes. From planning to construction, from moat to streets, from gate to lighthouse, cybersecurity in the AI era must evolve from boundary protection to systemic resilience.

艾诚在主持中指出，AI时代网络安全的第一性原理正在被改写。过去，攻击是“人找漏洞”；今天，攻击是“AI替人找漏洞”，而且是百倍速地找。过去，网络安全常常是在系统上线后才被想起；今天，安全必须在架构设计之前就被写进去。
Gloria Ai argued that the first principles of cybersecurity are being rewritten. In the past, humans searched for vulnerabilities. Today, AI can search for vulnerabilities at machine speed. In the past, security was often considered after systems went online. Today, security must be written into architecture before deployment.
她用幽默语言点破AI风险的新现实：“过去的钓鱼邮件，错别字多到让人心疼；今天的AI钓鱼邮件，可能比老板本人写得还像老板。”
Behind the humor lies a serious warning: generative AI has dramatically lowered the cost of deception, impersonation and scalable attacks.
在艾诚看来，“AI时代，攻防先行”不是一句口号，而是一种方法论。它意味着网络安全必须从事后补救走向前置规划，从单点防护走向系统韧性，从人工响应走向智能协同，从安全合规走向安全竞争力。
In Ai’s framing, “Defense Begins Before Attack” is not a slogan but a methodology. It means moving from after-the-fact remediation to front-loaded planning; from point defense to system resilience; from human-only response to intelligent collaboration; and from compliance-driven security to security as a competitive advantage.

本次开幕式嘉宾阵容重量级。中央网信办网络安全协调局局长高林、全国工商联党组成员兼秘书长林泽炎、中国互联网协会副理事长赵志国、中关村实验室首席科学家云晓春、北京市经济和信息化局党组书记兼局长姜广智、中国电子信息产业集团有限公司党组成员兼副总经理王桂荣等嘉宾出席大会。
The opening ceremony brought together a high-level lineup of national regulators, industry associations, scientific institutions and leading enterprises, including Gao Lin, Lin Zeyan, Zhao Zhiguo, Yun Xiaochun, Jiang Guangzhi and Wang Guirong.

Keynote sessions covered the evolution of cybersecurity under large-model breakthroughs, global protection of critical information infrastructure, and the mathematical principles of AI security. Speakers included Yun Xiaochun, Dr. Sohail Munir and Zhang Yunyong.

比亚迪股份有限公司CISO罗小平分享了“高质量数据集驱动智能安全应用实践”。艾诚在点评中指出，当汽车从交通工具变成智能终端，当车企从制造企业变成数据企业，安全已从功能保障升级为生命保障。

BYD CISO Luo Xiaoping shared practices on intelligent security driven by high-quality datasets. Ai summarized the industrial implication: when cars become intelligent terminals and automakers become data companies, security is no longer only functional protection. It becomes life protection.
云迹科技联合创始人兼CEO李全印发布“高安全系列机器人产品”。艾诚幽默点评：“机器人能端咖啡很可爱，但更重要的是——它不能端走数据。”她进一步指出，机器人进入高安全场景，安全已经不是附加功能，而是准入门槛。
Yunji Technology Co-founder and CEO Li Quanyin introduced a series of high-security robot products. Ai captured the point with a memorable line: robots serving coffee are cute, but what matters more is that they do not carry away data. When robots enter high-security scenarios, cybersecurity is no longer an add-on feature. It is the entry ticket.

全国政协委员、全国工商联副主席、奇安信集团董事长齐向东以《AI时代，攻防先行》压轴演讲。艾诚在串联中指出，当AI成为攻击者的“加速器”，防御者必须把AI变成“放大器”；当安全从技术问题升级为战略问题，企业也必须把网络安全从“成本项”变成“竞争力”。

Gloria Ai concluded that Qi An Xin’s mission—“Make cyberspace safer, make the world better”—takes on new meaning in the AI era. A safer network is not only about protecting systems. It is about protecting people’s confidence in digital life. The strongest cybersecurity companies do not merely sell products; they build trust infrastructure.

In her closing remarks, Gloria Ai returned to the first principle of the day: security is not building walls, but building cities. AI-era cybersecurity must move from patching to reconstruction, from point defense to systemic resilience, and from compliance to competitiveness.
