4 月 8 日,《广州市加快推动专业市场转型升级高质量发展行动方案(2026—2028 年)》正式发布。广州市商务局局长魏敏在新闻发布会上表示,打造国际化营商环境,既是广州对外开放水平的重要体现,也是提升国际商贸中心功能的关键支撑。
On April 8, the Action Plan for Accelerating the Transformation, Upgrading and High-Quality Development of Professional Markets in Guangzhou (2026–2028) was officially released. Wei Min, Director of the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, stated at the press conference that fostering an international business environment is not only an important reflection of Guangzhou's level of opening-up but also a key pillar in enhancing its functions as an international commerce and trade center.
广大商贸设立中非出海(广州)服务中心,万菱广场引入格鲁吉亚 “一带一路” 特色展厅,加和城外商占比达 54%; APM、益民、新大地、白马、中港、美博城等市场也汇聚了大量外商入驻经营。 2025 年,全市专业市场接待境外采购商超 2000 万人次,市场采购出口额 109.5 亿元,同比增长 39.5%,已成为外商常驻经营、开展全球采购的重要聚集地。

Building on its strong foundation as an international commerce and trade center, Guangzhou will take the 15th Five-Year Special Plan as its guide and explore local legislation.
“我们要为专业市场发展稳预期、强保障,让企业吃下‘定心丸’。”魏敏表示,广州将加力拓宽专业市场出海渠道,鼓励支持专业市场布局海外展厅、选品中心和海外仓,每年推动100家以上专业市场、超2000家以上商户“走出去”参加境外展会。
"We will stabilize expectations and strengthen safeguards for the development of professional markets, giving businesses a solid vote of confidence," Wei Min stated. Guangzhou will further expand channels for professional markets to go global, encouraging and supporting them to establish overseas exhibition halls, sourcing centers and warehouses. Each year, the city will help more than 100 professional markets and over 2,000 merchants participate in overseas exhibitions.
