为深化与外国驻穗领馆派遣国的交流合作，全方位推介广州轨道交通产业，助力建设“12218”现代化产业体系，3月24日，广州市政府外办、广州地铁集团联合举办轨道交通产业专场推介会。广州市副市长赖志鸿出席并致辞，法国、越南、土耳其、阿联酋、乌干达等34个国家驻穗总领事馆的54名官员及5个外国商会、3家外资企业代表应邀参会。
On March 24, the 2025 Guangzhou Rail Transit Industry Promotion Conference was held in Haizhu District, with the participation of 54 officials from 34 foreign consulates in Guangzhou as well as representatives from international chambers of commerce and foreign-funded enterprises.

The event was jointly organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of Guangzhou Municipality and Guangzhou Metro Group, as part of the serial event of Understanding Guangzhou Through Diplomats' Eyes. It is aimed to showcase the metro operator's global business capabilities and explore collaborative opportunities between Guangzhou and foreign countries.
在广州地铁线网运营指挥中心，外国驻穗领事官员及外国商会、企业代表专心听取指挥中心各功能模块讲解，并不时询问有关情况。当他们了解到广州地铁2020年2月中标巴基斯坦首条地铁运营项目拉合尔橙线，当年10月就实现了项目开通，纷纷为广州地铁的雄厚实力和高效工作点赞。

专场推介会上，副市长赖志鸿在致辞中表示，广州将轨道交通产业作为“12218”现代化产业体系的重要内容，加快推进技术突破和全球合作，致力于让轨道交通更好地服务人类发展进步；广州轨道交通产业的每一次创新突破，都离不开全球伙伴的并肩同行，广州愿与各国进一步深化实务合作，实现共赢发展。
At the promotion conference, Lai Zhihong, Vice Mayor of Guangzhou, emphasized the city's commitment to advancing rail transit innovation within its "12218" modern industrial framework. He said Guangzhou is willing to work with international partners to drive technological breakthroughs and foster shared progress.
广州地铁集团及下属各业务板块作了专题推介，巴基斯坦旁遮普省公共交通管理局总裁坎瓦尔·安瓦尔·阿里先生（Mr. Kanwar Anwaar Ali）通过视频分享了拉合尔橙线地铁项目合作成功经验，土耳其驻穗领馆商务领事詹迪兰女士（Ms. Dilan CAN）现场分享了推动广州地铁与伊斯坦布尔地铁合作的感悟。
通过此次专场推介，外国驻穗领事官员及外国商会、企业代表对广州轨道交产业在规划、建设、运营、管理等方面的优势及成功案例有了更加深入的了解，纷纷表示愿意向本国推介广州地铁，推进广州与其派遣国在轨道交通领域的合作，造福本国人民。
Heads of different business departments with Guangzhou Metro presented the operator's full-spectrum services, from rail construction to smart operation solutions.
Foreign speakers included Kanwar Anwaar Ali, Managing Director of the Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) of Pakistan, who detailed the successful partnership with Guangzhou Metro behind the Lahore Orange Line Project in his country. Dilan Can, Commercial Consul of the Turkish Consulate General in Guangzhou, also shared the story behind the strategic cooperation memorandum between Guangzhou Metro and Istanbul Metro.
Prior to the conference, foreign guests experienced Guangzhou's metro service firsthand, riding Lines 8 and 18, and visited the operational control center of Guangzhou Metro to get a glimpse of how the city runs its vast metro network with a daily passenger flow of some 8.6 million.
广州轨道交通产业规模超2700亿元
境外项目已涵盖16个国家和地区
近年来，广州围绕建设轨道交通先进制造业集群总目标，不断优化产业发展生态，形成涵盖规划设计、建设施工、装备制造、运营维护和增值服务等五大领域的轨道交通全产业链，产业规模超2700亿元。作为产业链链主的广州地铁集团本地运营里程突破1000公里，日均客运量接近1000万人次，最高单日客运量达1220万人次，成为全球最繁忙的地铁网络之一。
目前，广州轨道交通产业链企业已拓展了多个境外项目，涵盖亚洲、欧洲、非洲、南美洲、大洋洲等16个国家和地区，包括设计咨询、建设施工、装备制造和运营维护，正逐步走向海外，为全球客户提供一站式解决方案。其中，巴基斯坦拉合尔橙线项目是中外轨道交通合作的新典范。拉合尔橙线是巴基斯坦第一条地铁、也是中巴经济走廊项下首个启动实施和开通运营的大型轨道交通项目，全部采用中国标准、技术和装备，建设期间为当地创造了7000多个工作岗位，自2020年正式运营以来，运营期创造近2000个工作机会，深受当地民众好评，已成为中巴友谊的新名片。
广州市政府外办负责人表示，外国驻穗领事机构集聚是广州的重要外事资源，该办将通过加强与各国驻穗总领事馆的交往交流，推进广州与各派遣在轨道交通等各领域的合作，助力广州轨道交通产业“走出去”。
