Changbai Mountain's Heavenly Lake is located in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province. Standing at the peak of Changbai Mountain, the Heavenly Lake appears before you, its emerald waters gently rippling, as if entering a fairyland. The beauty of the scenery is intoxicating. The lake is crystal clear, resembling a gem such as emerald or sapphire embedded in the mountains. It is like a giant mirror, quietly reflecting the blue sky, white clouds, and surrounding mountains—painting a breathtaking scene.
天池四周绿树成荫，鸟语花香，云雾缭绕，景色宜人。群峰巍峨，苍松翠柏，遮天盖地，气势磅礴，令人心旷神怡，流连忘返。天池的水真蓝，蓝得像宝石一样发出幽幽的光辉，仿佛藏着千年的秘密，清澈又神秘。有时，天池山上的白云变化莫测，有时像奔腾的骏马，有时像悠闲的白鹤，有时又像一头巨大的懒羊，为天池增添了几分灵动和生气。
The area surrounding the lake is lush with green trees, birds chirping, and flowers fragrant. Mist and clouds swirl around, creating a pleasing and serene atmosphere. The towering peaks, dense with evergreen pines and cypress trees, stretch across the sky, adding a majestic grandeur that fills the heart with peace and awe, leaving one reluctant to leave. The water of the Heavenly Lake is an extraordinary blue, glowing like a gemstone, as if hiding a thousand-year-old secret. It is both clear and mysterious. Sometimes, the white clouds above the lake change unpredictably, resembling galloping horses, leisurely white cranes, or even a giant lazy sheep, adding vitality and movement to the scene.
长白山天池全年只有三分之一的时间能被看到，这其实是因为其特殊的气候条件和地理位置。天池位于高寒地带，冬季气温极低，大雪封山，使得天池的开放时间较少，同时，冬季天池水面会结冰，直至次年6月中旬才能融化，进一步限制了观赏时间。虽然夏季天池的气温逐渐升高，天气也开始变得晴朗，但由于长白山气候多变，夏季也是雨季，天池常常被浓雾笼罩，降低了观赏几率。
The Heavenly Lake on Changbai Mountain can only be seen for about one-third of the year. This is due to its unique climate conditions and geographical location. The lake lies in a high-altitude, cold region where winter temperatures drop sharply, and heavy snow blankets the mountain, limiting the time the lake is visible. In winter, the surface of the lake freezes, and it isn't until mid-June the following year that the ice melts, further reducing the time for observation. Although the temperature gradually rises in summer, and the weather becomes clearer, the region's unpredictable climate means summer is also the rainy season. The lake is often enveloped in dense mist, further lowering the chances of witnessing its full beauty.
