1月7日,在长沙县松雅湖小学一年级2402班教室里,孩子们围坐在一起,迫不及待地打开各自的素质报告书,叽叽喳喳地讨论起来,欣喜之情溢于言表。——原来,他们收到了班主任胡利平老师精心准备的期末惊喜,一份份充满创意与爱的“花式评语”。
“花式评语”有创意,令人耳目一新。其实,这并非胡利平第一次尝试。她还曾送过学生“甲骨文评语”,每位学生都能收到一个能体现个人特质的甲骨文文字。那份创意不仅激发了孩子们对甲骨文和传统文化的兴趣,也让她更加坚定了用创意评语来陪伴孩子们成长的决心。
“教育的本质,是用一颗心去唤醒另一颗心。只要怀揣着足够的尊重与用心,就能找到最适合每个孩子的教育方法。”在她看来,每个孩子都是独一无二的个体,有着各自的闪光点与成长节奏,需要教育者以敏锐的洞察力和爱意去发现、引导。(来源:三湘都市报)
