黄河，被誉为中华文明的摇篮与中华民族的“母亲河”，从壮阔的源头启程，历经四千余公里的奔腾不息，来到了泉城济南。在这片历史悠久而又充满活力的土地上，满怀探索热情的留学生晴怡，开启了她的青年黄河文化之旅。
The Yellow River is known as the cradle of Chinese civilization and the mother river of the Chinese nation. After more than four thousand kilometers of surging, it came to Jinan. Qingyi, an international student full of enthusiasm for exploration, started her youth Yellow River cultural journey in this land with a long history and vitality.
济南充分利用黄河水资源，积极开展引黄灌溉工程，让黄河水成为农业生产的重要水源保障，为农业的发展和丰收作出了重要贡献。杨庄引黄闸，作为济南市槐荫区的重要水利设施，默默守护着吴家堡灌区和美里湖灌区的农田，为小麦、水稻、玉米等多种农作物的丰收提供了坚实保障。据了解，杨庄引黄闸的有效设计灌溉面积达到了十万亩，为济南的农业发展作出了巨大贡献。

Yangzhuang Yellow River sluice, as an important water conservancy facility in Huaiyin District of Jinan City, silently guards the farmland of Wujiapu and Meilihu irrigation area, providing a solid guarantee for the harvest of wheat, rice, corn and other crops. It is understood that the effective design irrigation area of Yangzhuang Yellow River sluice gate has reached 100,000 mu, which has made great contributions to the agricultural development of Jinan.
济南人对黄河水的依赖，不仅仅体现在农业生产上。经过严格的处理和净化工艺，黄河水还成为市民的优质饮用水源。据介绍，鹊山湖和玉清湖水库，这两座由黄河水滋养的调蓄水库，日供水能力高达80万吨，它们不仅改变了济南市的饮水结构，还确保了趵突泉的持续喷涌，使其成为一道亮丽的城市风景线。自20世纪90年代以来，济南市的用水结构经历了显著转变，从原先依赖地下水和黄河水比例为8:2，到如今已调整为2:8的崭新格局。这一变革标志着济南市成功实现了以黄河水置换大量地下水的目标，有力保护了城市的宝贵地下水资源，为城市水资源的可持续利用与生态保护树立了典范。
Jinan people's dependence on the Yellow River water is not only reflected in agricultural production. After a strict treatment and purification process, the Yellow River water has also become a high-quality drinking water source for citizens. According to reports, Queshan Lake and Yuqing Lake reservoirs, the two reservoirs nourished by the Yellow River water, have a daily water supply capacity of up to 800,000 tons. They not only changed the drinking water structure of Jinan City but also ensured the continuous spouting of Baotu Spring, making it a beautiful urban landscape. Since the 1990s, Jinan's water use structure has undergone significant changes. From the original dependence on groundwater and the Yellow River water ratio of 8:2, it has now been adjusted to 2:8, a new pattern. This change marks the successful realization of Jinan City's goal of replacing a large amount of groundwater with Yellow River water, effectively protecting the city's precious groundwater resources and setting a model for the sustainable use of urban water resources and ecological protection.
在治理黄河方面，济南人同样展现出了科学规划和持续投入的坚定决心。每天的巡河工作，都是对黄河的一次全面体检，一旦发现安全隐患，便能及时处理和上报。如今，视频监控、无人机检测、会商系统三大技术手段的全面覆盖，更是让黄河的治理工作如虎添翼。

而生态保护和修复举措的实施，则让黄河沿岸的生态环境得到了显著改善。绿树成荫、鸟语花香，成为这里的新常态。生态多样性的丰富，吸引了无数市民前来游玩打卡，黄河沿岸已然成为济南人民休闲娱乐的新去处。
Implementing ecological protection and restoration measures has significantly improved the ecological environment along the Yellow River. Trees and flowers are the new normal here. 济南新旧动能转换起步区，这片因国家黄河战略而生的土地，正在以生态为底色，绘就一幅崭新的城市发展蓝图。在绿色产业方面，起步区严格落实“四水四定“原则，坚决杜绝高耗能、高污染项目的引入。
Jinan Start-up Area for Growth Drivers Transformation was developed because of the national Yellow River strategy, which takes ecology as the background color and draws a new urban development blueprint. As for green industries, the area strictly ensures that the industrial layout is adapted to the water resource situation and resolutely avoids introducing high-energy-consuming and high-pollution projects.
站在观景平台上远眺，华山、鹊山的美景尽收眼底。百里黄河风景区内，林木葱郁与黄河的蜿蜒流淌相映成趣，构成了济南独有的生态长廊。元代画家赵孟頫笔下的《鹊华秋色图》，仿佛在这一刻重现。而现在，画中两座山还在，中间的生态湿地已变成黄河，这是黄河入海前经过的最后两座山，被称为”黄河的入海之门“。
Standing on the viewing platform, you can have a panoramic view of Huashan Mountain and Queshan Mountain. In the Jinan Baili Yellow River Scenic Area, the lush trees and the winding Yellow River complement each other, forming a unique ecological corridor in Jinan. Zhao Mengfu, a famous Yuan Dynasty painter, created a painting, "The Autumn Scenery of Queshan and Huashan Mountains." This painting depicts the scene in this area. Now, the two mountains in the painting are still there, and the ecological wetland in the middle has become the Yellow River, which is the last two mountains that the Yellow River passes through before entering the sea and is called "the gate of the Yellow River into the sea."
