2024年9月,宁夏医科大学公共卫生学院的孙仙研究团队在《科学报告》上发表了一项研究成果,指出高血压患者如果经常饮用咖啡或茶,其患痴呆症的风险会低于不喝这些饮料的高血压患者。研究显示,对于高血压患者而言,每天饮用0.5到1杯咖啡或4到5杯茶,能够达到最低的痴呆症患病风险。②
