On November 15th, the 19th China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (CISMEF) opened in Guangzhou, featuring a standout exhibition area dedicated to specialized and innovative enterprises. The event attracted 1,177 participating companies from across the country, including 436 specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises, 858 provincial-level specialized and innovative SMEs, and 62 national-level manufacturing single-item champion enterprises.
China has cultivated over 140,000 specialized and innovative SMEs and 14,600 "little giant" enterprises, forming 300 national-level special clusters for SMEs. Guangdong Province, one of the participating regions, has fostered 2,091 "little giant" enterprises and more than 40,000 innovation-oriented SMEs.
At the fair, Guangzhou-based Li-gong Industrial Co., Ltd. drew significant attention with its humanoid robot "Lidian D1", designed to address labor challenges in factories. The robot is currently undergoing free trial operations for customers. Nearby, EHang Intelligent Equipment (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. showcased its passenger-carrying unmanned aerial vehicle ("UAV"), the EH216-S, which attracted many attendees eager to try the ride. EHang plans to position this aircraft as an "air taxi," offering new travel experiences.
Additionally, Calt Biopharm Co., Ltd. from Jiangsu presented its early screening test kit for lung cancer, which is in the final stages of clinical trials. The company expects to obtain related certifications by the second half of next year and aims to use CISMEF to expand into international markets.
Amid a sluggish global economic recovery, finding new drivers of growth is critical. As SMEs possess vitality and agility, all countries should jointly promote SMEs' inclusive and sustainable development. China will adhere to openness and cooperation, enhancing the capabilities of specialized and innovative enterprises, fostering integrated innovation across enterprises of all sizes, and accelerating the digital transformation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. By 2027, the country aims to achieve full digitalization of all "little giant" enterprises.

中博会在穗开幕，1177家专精特新企业亮相
11月15日，第十九届中国国际中小企业博览会在广州开幕，其中“专精特新”展区成为亮点。此次展会吸引了来自全国各地的1177家参展企业，包括436家专精特新“小巨人”企业、858家省级专精特新中小企业和62家国家级制造业单项冠军企业。
截至目前，我国已累计培育超过14万家专精特新中小企业和1.46万家“小巨人”企业，形成300个国家级中小企业特色产业集群。广东作为参展地区之一，已培育2091家“小巨人”企业和超过4万家创新型中小企业。
在博览会上，广州市里工实业有限公司展示的人形机器人“里工D1”备受关注，这款机器人旨在解决工厂人工难题，并已开始为客户免费试运行。相邻展位上，亿航智能设备（广州）有限公司的无人驾驶载人航空器EH216-S也吸引了众多参展者试乘，该公司计划将此类飞行器打造为“空中的士”，解锁更多出行体验。
此外，来自江苏的卡秋生物科技有限公司也展示了其肺癌早筛试剂盒，该产品已进入临床尾声，预计明年下半年可取得相关证书，并计划通过中博会开拓海外市场。
当前世界经济复苏乏力，找到新的增长动能尤为关键。中小企业具有灵气和活力，各国应共同推动中小企业包容和可持续发展。中国将坚持开放合作，提高“专精特新”能力，推动大中小企业融通创新，并加快中小微企业数字化转型。计划到2027年，实现“小巨人”企业数字化改造全覆盖。
