2023年开始，我国陆续出台、恢复各类免签政策，成为今年入境游持续升温的直接动力，其中包括互免签证、单方面免签政策、过境免签、区域性入境免签政策以及增列挪威为第54个适用72/144小时过境免签政策国家等。

一是互免签证，是指两个或多个国家或地区之间签署协议，允许他国公民进入本国境内，且在一定时间内不需要签证。今年，我国与多个国家签署互免签证协定，中外往来更方便了。

二是单方面免签，是指一个国家或地区单方面允许另一国家或地区的公民免办签证入境，而不需要对方国家或地区也给予相应的免办签证待遇。当前我国对法国、德国、意大利、荷兰、西班牙、马来西亚、文莱、瑞士、爱尔兰、匈牙利、奥地利、比利时、卢森堡、澳大利亚、新西兰、波兰16个国家实施单方面免签政策。

These countries include New Zealand, Australia, Poland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Brunei, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg.

三是过境免签，是指外籍旅客依据过境国的法律或有关规定，从一国经转某国前往第三国或地区时不必申请过境国签证即可过境，并可在过境国进行短暂停留的政策。大家熟知的有24、72、144小时过境免签。

当前，中国所有对外开放的客运口岸对世界各国人员实施24小时过境免签政策。外国人持有效国际旅行证件、定妥座位的联程客票，搭乘国际航行的航空器、船舶、列车从中国过境前往第三国或地区，在中国境内停留不超过24个小时且不离开口岸的，可免办签证；如需离开口岸，应当向口岸出入境边防检查机关申请办理临时入境许可。

目前，位于19个省（自治区、直辖市）的41个对外开放口岸对54个国家人员实施72小时或144小时过境免签政策。城市口岸详见下表：

Under the 144-hour visa-free transit policy in Guangdong, foreigners from 54 countries holding valid international travel documents (valid for at least three months) as well as connecting tickets with confirmed dates and seats for the third countries (regions) within 144 hours (including airline tickets, ship tickets, train tickets, and bus tickets to Hong Kong and Macao) can choose to enter through any of the following ports (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, Jieyang Chaoshan Airport, Nansha Port and Shekou Port), and exit through any of the 36 exit-entry ports providing passenger transport services within the province.

四是外国旅游团乘坐邮轮入境免签政策。今年5月15日起，乘坐邮轮并经由境内旅行社组织接待的外国旅游团（2人及以上），可从天津、辽宁大连、上海、江苏连云港、浙江温州和舟山、福建厦门、山东青岛、广东广州和深圳、广西北海、海南海口和三亚等13个城市的邮轮口岸免办签证整团入境，停留不超过15天，旅游团须随同一邮轮前往下一港直至本次邮轮出境，活动范围为沿海省（自治区、直辖市）和北京市。

Foreign tourist groups, comprising two or more individuals, arriving by cruise ship and organized and received by China's domestic travel agencies can enter China visa-free through any coastal cruise port and stay for up to 15 days.

The tourist groups must travel together on the same cruise ship to the next port when the cruise leaves China. The activity area is limited to the coastal provinces, municipalities, and Beijing.

The visa-free entry ports include 13 national cruise ports located in Tianjin, Dalian in Liaoning province, Shanghai, Lianyungang in Jiangsu province, Wenzhou and Zhoushan in Zhejiang province, Xiamen in Fujian province, Qingdao in Shandong province, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in Guangdong province, Beihai in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, and Haikou and Sanya in Hainan province.

五是外国人入境海南免签政策。59个国家人员持普通护照，因旅游、商贸、访问、探亲、就医、会展、体育竞技等短期来华事由（工作、学习事由除外）可免办签证入境海南停留不超过30天，入出境口岸为海南省所有对外开放口岸，活动范围为海南省行政区域。符合互免、单方面免签的从其规定。

China allows citizens of Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, etc., to enter Hainan Province for commercial activities and trade, visit and exchange, and family reunions, receiving medical treatment, attending exhibitions,taking part in sporting events and other needs(excluding long-term working and studying) for up to 30 days without a visa. Foreign nationals who need to enter Hainan for the aforementioned purposes can enter through any open port in the province and remain in the province's administrative area during their stay periods (subject to the relevant provisions if applicable to a mutual visa exemption agreements signed with China). Each entry period is calculated from 00:00 on the day following the day of entry. The existing policy of 30-day visa-free trips to Hainan for citizens of the aforementioned countries remains in effect.

六是东盟国家旅游团入境广西桂林免签政策。东盟国家旅游团（2人及以上，持普通护照）经我国境内旅行社组织接待，可由桂林机场口岸免办签证入境出境，活动范围为广西桂林市行政区域，采取团进团出方式，停留时间不超过144小时。

The southern Chinese city of Guilin, a top tourist destination known for its picturesque landscape, offers 144 hour visa-free entry to group tourists (2 people or above) from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) .

七是在港澳地区的外国人组团入境广东免签政策。2000年11月，珠三角地区实行144小时入境免签政策，已到香港、澳门特别行政区的与中国建交国家的外国公民，持普通护照参加经在香港和澳门地区合法注册的旅行社组织的旅游团，可到广东省广州、深圳、珠海、佛山、东莞、中山、江门、肇庆、惠州9个城市及汕头地区停留144个小时。

这一政策被称为“港澳地区外国人组团入境广东144小时免签政策”，是区域性入境免签政策的一种。外国游客必须从港澳地区团进团出，且只能在广东省特定范围内活动。

四、五、六、七入境免签政策停留计算时间均自入境次日零时起算。

Foreign citizens of countries that have diplomatic relations with China and hold ordinary passports can enter 10 cities in Guangdong Province from Hong Kong and Macao without a visa and stay for 144 hours, according to the Exit and Entry Administration of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department.

The 10 cities include Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Dongguan, Huizhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Shantou.

These foreigners must have signed up for a tour group organized by a travel agency legally registered in Hong Kong and Macao, and the tour group must include two or more people.

Entry and exit ports should be within the 10 cities mentioned above. Foreigners are allowed to stay for 144 hours (6 days) and are required to enter or leave the port in tour groups.

别担心！

还有“口岸签证”可以试试。

持普通护照外籍旅客，有急需来华从事商贸合作、访问交流、投资创业、探望亲属及私人事务等事由，或因来华奔丧、探望危重病人等人道原因，来不及在驻外使领馆办妥签证的，可向口岸签证机关申请办理口岸签证。截至目前，中国在国际航线较多、外籍人员入境量较大的口岸，均已开展口岸签证业务，覆盖全国73个城市的100个对外开放口岸。

Port Visas

Foreign nationals holding ordinary passports, who have urgent needs to enter China but do not have enough time to apply for visas at Chinese embassies or consulates abroad, can apply for port visas for entry. Foreign nationals applying for port visas can submit applications in advance to the port visa authorities by themselves or through inviting parties, or apply on site upon arrival at ports in China.

To facilitate the applications, it is recommended that foreign nationals submit their applications in advance to the port visa authorities in the intended destinations, obtain preliminary approval from the port visa authorities, and then go to the corresponding ports for applying for visas. For foreign tourist groups applying for port visas, the Chinese travel agencies responsible for the reception should apply for them in advance at the port visa authorities.

As of now, port visa services have been provided at 99 ports in 72 cities nationwide with a large number of international flights and a high volume of foreign nationals entering China.
